God Does Not Kill People
The last
enemy that shall be destroyed is death. – I Corinthians 15: 26
Forasmuch
then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise
took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had [holding] the power of death, that [who]
is, the devil; -- Hebrews 2: 14
This then
is the message which we have hear of him, and declare unto you, that God is
light, and in him is no darkness at all. – I John 1: 5
Here is what I heard
while on a nature trail with my dog a while back. I met a couple with an older
dog, but yet four years younger than my dog. They expressed concern about the
age of their dog while they marveled at the condition and appearance of my dog who was 14 years old at that time. Of course, Satan had to get his
two cents in and as we were departing, the woman said: "Oh,
I dread the day that the Lord takes him".
Well, guess what people? GOD
DOESN’T KILL ANYTHING OR ANYBODY AND NEVER WILL. How is that for a revelation? If
the true God killed people, the whole Bible would fall to pieces. The above
three verses would contradict one another and nothing would make any sense. I
Corinthians 15: 26 says that death is an enemy. I John 1: 5 says that in God is
no darkness at all. IS DEATH DARKNESS OR LIGHT??!! Tough one. And my word, what
in the world does Hebrews 2: 14 clearly state????? It
says that the one who has the power of death is the devil. Well, lo and
behold, there it is written in black and white.
Would you worship a god
that killed a small child in a car accident? How about your grandmother, or
sister, or your father or brother?!! Would you? I SURE WOULDN’T. The god of
this world has a three-fold ministry. First, let’s see who is the god of this
present evil world.
In whom
the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest
the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should
shine unto them. – II Corinthians 4: 4
The Bible teaches that
the god of this present world is Satan, the Devil. He does not own this world,
he controls it until Jesus Christ returns. Satan is a parasite and counterfeits
everything the true God does so he has a ministry also. Let us see what God’s
Word says about that ministry.
The thief
cometh not, but for to steal, and to KILL, and to destroy: [emphasis added] -- John 10: 10a
The devil KILLS PEOPLE,
not the true God. Forever and ever, you hear people saying ‘Oh, when my time
comes, God will take me’. They just forgot to say which god.
Now what are you going
to do? You’ve been taught by tradition or your church that God goes around
killing people and now you have the Word of God put in front of you stating the
opposite. Let me help you out a bit.
God is such a just God
that He is even just to the Devil himself. When a person chooses to live a life
of sin or else is not born again and/or by choice chooses to reject God’s Word,
they can place their own lives in a very dangerous position. If a believer turns
his or her back on God, he or she is out of fellowship – living in sin. God can
no longer protect that person because of the free-will decisions that person
made. Idolatry is just one form of devil worship. If your not worshipping the
true God, you are living for the devil. There is no in-between. If the enemy
wants to inflict harm on an unbeliever or an unbelieving believer who has
rejected the true God, he is allowed to do so. The true God allows the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy
from that person. You say this shouldn’t be so. But if it were not true, then
God would be unfair and unjust. Remember He is just even to the devil himself.
The adversary has a right, under severe circumstances, to destroy the life of a
sinner, one not born-again, an unbelieving believer, etc. Many smaller children
are not born-again of God’s spirit because the parents themselves are
God-rejectors. It is surely not the child’s fault. It is the fault of the
parents. I know this is a difficult subject, but it must be dealt with.
You must put to an end
the PERPETUAL LIE THAT THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST
KILLS PEOPLE. It is a lie from hell and causes great confusion among many
people who are trying to believe and understand the Bible. You should combine this
teaching with "Are The Dead Alive Now?" The
dead are dead and will remain dead until Christ gets them up! When someone
dies, they are not floating around in heaven smoking expensive cigars and
having a grand old time. That’s what the mediums or sensitives will have you to
believe. You can see them on national television every day. Ephesians says the
god of this world controls the airwaves. He makes sure these people get as much
exposure as possible. Where do these so-called psychics get their information?
THEY GET INFORMATION FROM DEVIL SPIRITS. They are highly intelligent and
they tell the medium/psychic information about people that they could not know
by their five senses! It’s that simple. Get involved and you can get possessed.
Satan is a master of deception.
Doesn’t this sound like
the world today?
Therefore
hear now this, thou that art given
to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit
as a widow, neither shall I know
the loss of children: – Isaiah 47: 8
I am stressing the
first part of the verse. We just think we are just the center of the universe,
don’t we? We live only for worldly pleasures and we live carelessly. We hold up
our cell phones to say, "You are not important". We do things to
ignore and purposely be rude to one another. You walk by a car in a gas station
and the windows are rolled up and the doors locked. This type of behavior is
actually fear. Most people are scared half to death of nothing. A true believer
is set free and doesn’t have that fear, but he must protect him or herself.
Fear is sand in the machinery of life. Now watch what God says about the
devil’s people who appear to bring back the dead and who appear to be psychics or
mediums. First, take notice of the somewhat normal and attractive outward
appearance of these people. THE DEVIL IS NOT STUPID!
Therefore
shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and
mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and
desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. – Isaiah 47: 11
Not only will evil come
upon the psycho, but also upon the person who participates, believes, and
especially acts upon what the psychic says. The information is from hell
itself, from the devil. You want to listen, go right ahead – you have free
will. BUT evil, mischief, and desolation shall come upon you suddenly and you
will not be able to put it off. THAT’S WHAT GOD’S WORD SAYS. All of these types
of devilish activities can be referred to as sorceries. I’m simply trying to
show you how the devil deceives people. That is how he gets people to believe
that the true God kills people when actually he is the one to blame. Some
people have been involved in devilish types of activities since they were a
youth. They will have a very difficult time getting delivered. But it is
possible.
Stand now
with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou
hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be
thou mayest prevail. -- Isaiah 47: 12
In a sarcastic manner,
God is saying, go ahead and take a stand using sorcery since you’ve been at it
since your youth. You are able to profit from it, apparently, so go ahead IF
YOU SO CHOOSE by your own free will.
Can you just begin to
imagine the money these psychotics (oops, I keep spelling that wrong) psychics
and mediums are making on these television shows – let alone their other
appearances? Guess what? You can’t get in for free. Am I charging you for these
teachings? It’s the love of money, people – it’s the root system of all evil.
God sounds like he’s
saying ‘go ahead’, doesn’t he? Now watch the next verse.
Thou art
wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the
stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these
things that shall come upon thee.
-- Isaiah 47: 13
Apparently, the counsel
of the devil is fading for the medium, for the psychic. They are becoming weary.
God is saying: " Hey, call those astrologers and the stargazers, the
prognosticators, those MEDIUMS and PSYCHICS, and let them take a stand for you.
Where are they? Let them save you from what’s about to come upon you."
When the devil is done using a person for his benefit, he simply leaves. That’s
apparently what has happened here. What is
about to come upon this person? Evil, mischief and desolation as mentioned in
verse 11. And the devilish power he has operated has deserted him – he is
powerless. Satan will now destroy his own pawn. These three verses in Isaiah
are quite striking, aren’t they? You should never forget them.
For where
envying and strife is, there is
confusion and every evil work. – James
3: 16
Apparently, there is
confusion here and every evil work, isn’t there? Envy, strife, and confusion –
AND THE TRUE GOD IS ALL LIGHT!!!?? Something is wrong here.
For God is
not the author [a God]
of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. – I Corinthians
14: 33
Well, if God is not a
God of confusion, then who is? The god of this world has caused all of this confusion concerning
the subject of death. His purpose is to drive people away from the only thing
that defeats him – the rightly divided Word of God.
Let all
things be done decently and in order. – I Corinthians 14: 40
That’s how the true God
and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ operates – decent and in order.
Attention to detail is the difference between success and failure. One of the
keys to knowing whether something is coming from the right source is to see if
the situation is decent and in order. If it’s disorganized, a mess, or filthy
dirty, it’s probably coming from the wrong source.
Be sober,
be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh
about, seeking whom he may devour: – I Peter 5: 8
Remember, he only roars
to scares people. If you study God’s Word, you will not have fear. The next
time you hear someone say, that God ‘took’ one of their loved ones, you speak
up with the love of God and teach them God’s Word. There is ALWAYS profit when
you speak the Word of God and it is rightly divided.
So shall
my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void,
but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the
thing whereto I sent it. – Isaiah 55: 11
